यल्लाभान्नापरो लाभो यत्सुखान्नापरं सुखम् ।
यज्ज्ञानान्नापरं ज्ञानं तद्ब्रह्मेत्यवधारयेत् ॥ ५४॥
यद्दृष्ट्वा नापरं दृश्यं यद्भूत्वा न पुनर्भवः ।
यज्ज्ञात्वा नापरं ज्ञेयं तद्ब्रह्मेत्यवधारयेत् ॥ ५५॥
yallābhānnāparo lābho yatsukhānnāparaṃ sukham ।
yajjñānānnāparaṃ jñānaṃ tadbrahmetyavadhārayet ॥ 54॥
yaddṛṣṭvā nāparaṃ dṛśyaṃ yadbhūtvā na punarbhavaḥ ।
yajjñātvā nāparaṃ jñeyaṃ tadbrahmetyavadhārayet ॥ 55॥
