UPDATE/Correction 1/2/26: According to a preliminary report from THP, there was only one vehicle involved. All four occupants were in the involved vehicle. The 46-year-old driver was injured and has pending charges from THP. One of the passengers was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash. The single vehicle was traveling the wrong way on the entrance ramp when it left the roadway and went down the embankment. The vehicle collided with a tree, coming to a rest at the bottom of the embankment. The charges pending have not been specified at this time.

🔴1/1/26: Head On Crash🔵
Woodlawn, Tenn. - A passenger was airlifted to Nashville after a head on collision on the entrance ramp to Paul B. Huff Parkway. The crash was reported at approximately 1:51 a.m. According to LifeFlight radio traffic, there was up to four victims in the crash. One of the passengers was required to be airlifted to Vanderbilt by LifeFlight. At least two other victims were transported by ambulance to Tennova. THP is handling the investigation.
