CLOUDY SKIES
This is devoted to Florida in 1999, where I spent one summer visiting friends. I often walked outdoors, and there were the most beautiful overcast skies. I loved the clouds. Sometimes there would be a sunburst and the brilliant light would render the cloud structures in the most astonishing pinks and oranges. During that summer I made this track. I began it one day after walking in the drizzling rain.
ABOUT MY MUSIC
These tracks all come from the years 1997-1999 when I was first learning about music. I used Fasttracker II to compose hundreds of tracks at a time when I knew no music theory. It was all done with intuition and love of the art. I almost never shared my music publicly, and so these are all being heard by other people for the first time.
