This is all I can do for now...
From Episode 877. I looked through all OSTs and Movie OSTs as well as various Character special albums and never managed to find this theme. Even fanmade website which tracks all music, lists this theme as unreleased till this day. So unsightly. This theme stands in the same line with most other sad themes. I hope one day they will realise they forgot to release this one, or maybe reuse it further on and include somewhere
