Описание: I would say the number one reason I wanted to visit Georgia was to try the food. For years, I'd heard nothing but amazing things about Georgian cuisine, and I COULD NOT WAIT to try it for myself. Khinkali, khachipuri, tone puri, wine.... it's all just as good as I thought it would be. 🇬🇪

In this episode, we leave Tbilisi on a roadtrip to Sighnaghi, in the Kakheti region of Georgia, know primarily for its endless vineyards and history of high-quality winemaking. In particular, we wanted to eat at Pheasant's Tears, a stellar restaurant in the main town crafting local farm-to-table cuisine that is about as good as it gets. Oh and they're also a winery, and they have wines there you will not be able to try elsewhere. And they're fantastic. 🍷 Join me for this adventure!!
