Standing Like Statues are a Cambridge based band formed in 2015 and they told the UKSC that their winning song, Survival, "aims to inspire dialogue between a divided world, to get the conversation moving - and to shake the fear of rejection. We are using our voice to be a beacon of light in the dark; this isn’t just about the music, it’s a statement of truth and expression." A well deserved win for the band and we hope to hear more from them in the future!
