In this video, we visit Don’s Specialty Meats in Carencro, Louisiana, to try authentic Cajun boudin and cracklins one more time. Our first experience with these Louisiana classics at Billy’s didn’t win us over, so we had to give them another shot. Watch to see how Don’s compares and whether this time changes our minds.
After our Louisiana food adventure, we continue our Southern coastal road trip, heading east to the Florida–Alabama state line, also known as the Flora-Bama Line. We spend a few days exploring the local beaches, coastal attractions, and the iconic Flora-Bama Lounge, (Video Coming LATER, WE want to go back!) Then continuing our journey into the heart of Florida’s freshwater springs where we have a TON of Kayaking Adventures planned!
