Here are all the static and (almost all) the animated cutscenes in Honkai: Star Rail, in the highest quality possible (explanation at Note 1). No UID, watermark, on-screen subtitles (hardsub), or anything that covers the cutscenes, just pure cutscenes. Both Stelle and Caelus versions. The videos with all the audio dubbing (4 languages) and subtitles (in 13 languages) are available in the download link above.

NOTES:
1. Some of the cutscenes from 1.0 and a few from 1.2 are not available because they are rendered live in-game, as opposed to the available ones here which are pre-rendered and available as a file each. But starting 1.3, cmiiw, all the cutscenes are pre-rendered. If they are rendered directly, then it'd be impossible to obtain as far as I'm aware.

2. After merging all the mkv videos with mkvmerge, extracted the subtitles, manually sync them all for days, the subtitles are now finally available on YouTube.

3. Yes, the cutscenes here are not in 60 fps for a reason. They are in fact 30 fps in the game. If you watched these cutscenes in-game, you'd probably notice that the cutscenes are less smooth, while gameplays and cutscenes rendered directly in-game are smoother.

4. The subtitles for the last two cutscenes involving Sparkle are not available in the repo, I don't feel like making and timing the subtitles. Will update the subtitles when it's available. Or please contact me if you have or made one.

5. I can't upload them to nyaa.si. I can't create an account and can't upload the torrent without one. If someone doesn't mind, please help me upload it to the site. The .torrent file is in both Mega and Drive, I've configured the torrent with all the trackers. Please credit me and the GitHub users/repo above when uploading them.

6. If a cutscene involves Trailblazer, Stelle version goes first, then Caelus.

7. I forgot to include 3 static cutscenes: Bailu training with Imbibitor Lunae (the animated cutscene is still in the vid), Luocha healing a woman, and Sampo & Black Swan discovering Sparkle's body (the animated cutscene is still in the vid too).
