I'm taking apart a BRAND NEW TRANSMISSION because I can make it better. Or, at least that's what I think. This is a new 4l80e I picked up for the COPO single cab, AWD lsa supercharged silverado, and before it goes in the truck, its coming apart so we can add a few new goodies, and give it an overall health checkup. Its new, so I don't expect to find any surprises inside, but its worth a look. We're adding a shift kit to this 4l80e, as well as installing a few parts that will help it work with the newer chassis that its going into. This 4l80e will be attached to the NV149 all wheel drive transfer case that is currently in the COPO silverado, and I can't wait to get it in place.
