Hearing petitions linked to alleged obscene material in podcasts and streaming content, the Court said an independent, autonomous regulator may now be necessary. The bench, led by CJI Surya Kant, also commented on Delhi’s pollution crisis, saying there is no “magic wand” to fix the worsening air quality.
