During a joyful festival in the village of Gokul, Yashoda places baby Krishna beneath a large wooden cart filled with pots and household items. Unknown to the villagers, the demon Sakatasura hides inside the cart to harm the child.

Suddenly, the infant Krishna kicks the cart with his tiny foot. The massive cart flips and shatters into pieces, destroying the demon instantly. The villagers, including Nanda, are shocked and amazed at this divine miracle.

This chapter beautifully reveals that even as a small child, Krishna protects himself and his devotees from evil forces sent by Kamsa.

Story Summary (English)

In Skandha 10, Adhyaya 7, the demon Sakatasura hides inside a large cart in Gokul to kill the infant Krishna. While lying beneath the cart, baby Krishna suddenly kicks it with his tiny foot. The massive cart flips over and shatters into pieces, destroying the demon. The villagers are amazed by the miraculous event but cannot understand how such a small child could perform such a powerful act.

କାହାଣୀ ସାରାଂଶ (Odia)

ସ୍କନ୍ଧ ୧୦, ଅଧ୍ୟାୟ ୭ ରେ Sakatasura ନାମକ ରାକ୍ଷସ ଗୋକୁଳରେ ଥିବା ଏକ ବଡ଼ ଗାଡ଼ି (କାର୍ଟ) ଭିତରେ ଲୁଚି ଛୋଟ Krishnaଙ୍କୁ ମାରିବାକୁ ଚେଷ୍ଟା କରେ।

ସେତେବେଳେ ଶିଶୁ କୃଷ୍ଣ ଗାଡ଼ି ତଳେ ପଡ଼ିଥିବା ବେଳେ ତାଙ୍କ ଛୋଟ ପାଦରେ ଗାଡ଼ିକୁ ଟିକେ ଲାତ ମାରନ୍ତି। ସହସା ସେହି ବଡ଼ ଗାଡ଼ି ଉଲଟି ଭାଙ୍ଗିଯାଏ ଓ ରାକ୍ଷସ ସକଟାସୁର ମୃତ୍ୟୁବରଣ କରେ।
