In Episode 5 of Van Alchemy, we clean the vehicle frame of our 1985 Fiat Ducato Frankia campervan, remove rust, apply primer, and coat everything with bitumen paint — taking advantage of the full access we gained after removing the floor in the previous episode. Once the frame is treated and protected, we assemble and install a new kitchen floor using a Kantoflex aluminum profiles and OSB panels, seal it with Sikaflex, and create a solid base for the next steps of our DIY campervan conversion.
