Is social media one of them for you that you haven't taken the time to step back and ask and identify- what is the point of social media for you? I encourage you to do so today!

ACTION STEP: Take a look at your life and identify your default habits, find the ones that aren't serving you and ask, what's the point? Then make plans to take action toward breaking these habits.
