ST Engineering and delivery platform Foodpanda have developed a drone, PandaFly, to deliver food faster and over longer distances. The project is still in its prototype phase, but developers said it could become commercial within three years. Currently, the drone can carry loads of up to 2kg and fly as far as 5km. Eventually, it could more than double its payload and range.
