Kristallnacht was a premeditated attack on Jewish communities across Europe, marked by widespread violence and the destruction of more than 1,400 synagogues and Jewish institutions.
This special concert seeks to revive the lost beauty of Jewish music that was targeted during that time, honoring the tragic European Jewish experience while reclaiming a rich cultural heritage that was nearly erased.
The evening features the Kol Zahav Chorale, orchestra, and soloists under the direction of Joseph Ness, in a powerful musical tribute of remembrance, resilience, and continuity.
