I'm not kidding. This will help you no matter what type of singer you are and what you like to sing.
Here's an example workout, using the breath holds described in the video:
Cycle these 3 moves for 10-15 minutes, breathe with your nose only, keep heart rate in the 140 ish range:
Downward dog to pushup x10
skipping x20 beats
side plank pulse, crab shuffle, or other core exercise x10
Breath holds x2
Supersets for 3-5 minutes each, nose breathing only but go hard enough to want to breathe through your mouth. follow with 2 breath holds per round
pushups
unilateral KB swing R
squat jump x5
unilateral KB swing L
squat jump x5
The exercises here are just examples. You can do whatever you want, the key is to get your heart in the right range. I like strength moves because it's two things in one and makes a good home workout.
