Studying can get really hard, and in many cases I tend to lose focus and end up doing something else entirely, so in this video I break down the different methods to "LOCK IN" and only need to study 1 - 2 hours a day.
These methods also work for other things like a hobby or a project, since most of it flowkenuinely is just a way to get into the "flow state".
