The ART of TRIMMING the HOOF to the HARD SOLE PLANE (HSP)

Описание: The art of trimming to the hard sole plane (HSP)

Make sure that you:

follow the HSP from bars to heels to quarters to toe
lower the walls with the nippers and/or rasp
cut the mustang roll to 45° up to the water line (inner hoof wall) but not beyond
smooth off the roll with the fine side of the rasp, always from below

Rinse and repeat with every foot - and every foot might just be slightly different but you can never go wrong if you follow the horse's natural constant that Mother Nature created - the hard sole plane (HSP).

Takes all the guessing out of trimming, just leaving it to be fun!
