We are thrilled to release our short film showcasing the beautiful country of Lesotho and the endless mountain adventures right on our doorstep.
Filmed recently with our guide and packhorse teams, we wanted to highlight mountain life and Basotho culture during our tailored overnight pony trek expeditions.
The wild landscapes, vertical cliffs and meandering rivers surrounding the lodge are begging to be explored. The shepherds’ trails crisscrossing the landscape draw you into these remote areas and revitalise your connection to nature as you encounter the power in our mountains.
Whether you are on foot or on the back of an iconic Basotho pony, you will find freedom in the Kingdom in the Sky with Semonkong Lodge.
