Hello and welcome back to this Library of Ruina series. In this video, we'll be fighting the Cane Office. We're finally in Star of the City, I've spent a lot of time thinking about what order I'm going to do the receptions so please look forward to that. Some terms that I used that you might not be familiar with:
Enabler: a card that "enables" an archetype e.g cards that give charge or give/inflict smoke
Payoff: a card that uses the resources given by the enablers e.g cards that expend charge or get stronger when the target/user has smoke
Mid-Range: a deck that has a mix of utility and value pages, but not many bombs or counters
Silver Bullet: a card (or passive) that is used rarely for a very specific situation, a more extreme version of a counter-page
