MUSIC CONTROLS
With the music controls on your V2 you can easily navigate around your playlist and adjust volume. Music controls are available in Training display and in the Notifications views.
RUNNING PERFORMANCE TEST
The Running Performance Test helps you keep track of your progress and allows you to personalize your heart rate, speed and power zones so you'll always know you're training at the right intensity. The test gives you running insights that help you see how your performance is improving, such as maximum aerobic speed (MAS), maximum aerobic power (MAP) and maximal oxygen uptake (VO2max).
CYCLING PERFORMACE TEST
The cycling test helps you keep track of your cycling performance and to define your individual power zones. The cycling test measures the highest power (W/kg) you can maintain for over 60 minutes. The test shows your FTP value (functional threshold power), your maximum heart rate and your maximal oxygen uptake or VO2max.
LEG RECOVERY TEST
The Leg Recovery Test tells you whether your legs are ready for high intensity training. It's a quick, easy and safe to way to test the recovery and performance of your leg muscles. You can do the test anywhere, anytime without any specialist equipment – all you need is your Polar Vantage V2.
