Daylesford is a beautiful country town near the southern part of the Macedon Ranges, it's only around an hour drive away from Melbourne city. Known for its mineral spring water, historical buildings, and fine dining restaurants, Daylesford is one of my favourite destinations for a weekend getaway road trip in Melbourne.
