こちらのホテルは、ダナンのビーチ沿いに新しく開業した五つ星ホテルです。
赤をテーマカラーにしており、エントランスやフロントロビーはポップな雰囲気で、スタッフも皆さん若かったです。
今回ベトナムでは30軒以上のホテルに泊まってますが、チェックイン待ちが14時過ぎたのはこちらのホテルのみだったので、チェックインをスムーズにできるよう調整した方が良いと思います。
またダブルブッキングがあり、部屋をスイートにアップグレードしてくれたのは嬉しかったのですが、部屋のカードキーがエレベーターで機能せず、結局同乗していたスタッフが降りたフロアで降りて、そこから非常階段で部屋まで行きました。
部屋はパーフェクトに近く素晴らしかったです。
眺望も抜群で調度品や備品も文句なしでした。
ただ、ホテルの目の前のオープンバー！？で夕方から夜までずっとカラオケが大音量で流れていて雰囲気ぶち壊しでした。
ホテルに関して残念だったのはプールで、家族連れが多くて市民プールかと思うほどうるさかったです。
また、ジャグジーの床が砂でザラザラだったり、サウナが狭い上にスイッチが入ってなかったりと、快適な利用とは言えなかったです。
朝食は開放感のあるレストランで、料理のディスプレイや種類、味もとても良かったです。
今後のサービス改善に期待しつつ5評価とさせていただきました。


This hotel is a newly opened five-star hotel along the beach in Da Nang.
The theme color is red, and the entrance and front lobby have a pop atmosphere, and the staff were all young.
We stayed in more than 30 hotels in Vietnam this time, but this was the only hotel where we had to wait for check-in past 2 p.m., so I think it would be better to make adjustments to make check-in smoother.
There was also a double booking, so we was happy that they upgraded our room to a suite, but the room card key didn't work in the elevator, so we ended up getting off on the floor where the staff member who was with us got off, and from there we went down the emergency stairs to our room.
The room was almost perfect and wonderful.
The view was excellent, and the furnishings and equipment were impeccable.
However, there was an open bar right in front of the hotel! ? They played karaoke at a loud volume all day from the evening until night, which ruined the atmosphere.
The only disappointment about the hotel was the pool, which was so noisy with so many families that I thought it was a public pool.
Also, the jacuzzi floor was rough with sand and the sauna was small and not turned on, so it wasn't a very comfortable experience.
Breakfast was served in an open restaurant, and the display, variety and taste of the food was very good.
I gave it a 5-star rating, hoping for service improvements in the future.
