If you can get an emotional response when people look at a model you have made, then that model has atmosphere. I am looking for a gloomy sense of nostalgia with my latest building. Almost every town had one of these concrete modernist precincts which by the 1990s were run down, forlorn, dingy, and depressing. In this video I will show what I have added to the precinct to try to enhance its sense of atmosphere using only card, paper, acetate, and an inkjet printer.
