Ingredients 

1 green bell pepper

1 yellow bell pepper

2 medium-sized carrots

3 medium -sized onions

6 spring onions

A cup of chilli pepper

1 turmeric

Leftover chicken (any protein)

2 cups of cooked rice

1 cup of meat stock

Seasonings

1 tablespoons Nigerian curry

½ teaspoon thyme

1 teaspoon salt (or according to your taste)
