In another incident of targeted killing of Hindus in Jammu & Kashmir, a bank manager from Rajasthan was shot dead in Kulgam on Thursday, June 2.
Terrorists fired upon the man, identified as Vijay Kumar, who works at the Ellaquai Dehati Bank at Are, Mohan Pora, in Kulgam district in South Kashmir. He was shot right outside his office. Kumar, who hailed from Hanumangarh in Rajasthan, was taken to a hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
Kashmir Valley has witnessed at least 16 targeted killings, including police officials, teachers and sarpanches, since January this year. But, Why target killing?
