唐代《柘枝舞》 A fabulous dance from China's Tang Dynasty!!!

Описание: The Dance of the “柘枝[ zhè zhī ]”: A type of dance in the Tang and Song Dynasty.

Note: This dance was performed in “[ jiào fāng ](the official office that managed the music of the court) ”in the Tang Dynasty, and was characterized by its fast tempo and robustness.

It was originally a solo dance for women, dressed in glorified ethnic costumes and wearing brocade boots; the accompaniment was mainly drums, and the dancers of the Zhezhi Dance appeared in the sound of drums. The dance posture is rich in variations, both robust and bright, and graceful and beautiful. The sleeves of the dance are sometimes lowered and sometimes raised. The fast and complicated dance makes the golden bells on the belt sound clear and crisp. The audience marvels at the lightness and softness of the dance. Towards the end of the dance, there is a deep downward movement.

柘枝舞（唐宋健舞名）
注：唐代教坊乐舞的一类，健舞讲究节奏明快，矫捷雄健。

柘枝舞原为女子独舞，身着美化的民族服装，足穿锦靴；伴奏以鼓为主，柘枝舞者在鼓声中出场。章孝标《柘枝》诗有：“柘枝初出鼓声招”，白居易《柘枝妓》有“连击三声画鼓催”。舞姿变化丰富，既刚健明快，又婀娜俏丽。舞袖时而低垂，时而翘起，即诗中所谓“翘袖中繁鼓”、“长袖入华裀”。快速复杂的踏舞，使佩带的金铃发出清脆的响声。观者惊叹舞姿的轻盈柔软。舞蹈即将结束时，有深深的下腰动作。
