The Patek Philippe Grand Complications Perpetual Calendar, 5140G, was introduced in 2006 and is semi-retired, only produced in platinum today. The watch measures 37mm and is 9mm thick with a generously rounded dome bezel. From lug to lug, the watch measures 47mm. The combination of these measurements makes this a very traditionally sized Patek Philippe.
