Wildfire rages in Spain's lush Aragon region

Описание: A wildfire broke out at 13:19 local time, 11:19GMT, in Carbalan, in Spain's lush northeastern region of Aragon, on Sunday (August 11) leading authorities to confine the nearby town due to the heavy smoke and to deploy firefighters backed-up by waterbomber aircraft.

Authorities said the blaze quickly spread fanned by the wind.

Spain has experienced a number of heatwaves this summer leading the weather agency AEMET to warn locals of the high risk of wildfires.
