Описание: We are often asked how much water could be expected to flow through a piece of land. For water harvesting projects, people planning ponds and other water harvesting earthworks need to know these things (among others!): total water moving through the drainage basin of the planned earthworks and the rate of flow during major storm events. This information helps us to scale ponds, swales, and etc to maximize the stored water while avoiding any over or under built earthworks. We hope this tutorial is helpful as you plan your water projects!
