Ingredients:
100 g cold butter
100 g sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp honey
300 g flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Mix the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
2. In another bowl, cream the cold butter with sugar until it forms a paste.
3. Add the egg and honey, and stir until smooth.
4. Gradually add the dry ingredients and knead the dough.
5. Wrap the dough and chill for 30–60 minutes.
6. Roll it out to 3–4 mm (thinner dough = crispier cookies).
7. Cut out shapes and place them on a lined baking sheet.
8. Bake at 180°C / 350°F for 8–10 minutes, until the edges turn golden.
9. Let them cool completely — that’s when they turn perfectly crispy ✨
