I’m Allison. I’ve spent over two decades on the mats, in gyms, at competitions, and behind the scenes building programs, coaching athletes, and learning things the hard way so you don’t have to. This channel is for cheer parents, coaches, and program owners who want real stories, practical tools, and zero fluff.

I’m also a mum with dyslexia, ADHD, and a brain that loves a good side quest — so expect honesty, humour, detours, and growth along the way.
