Conclusion & Final Thoughts:
Testing the GTX 1050 Ti in 30 games in 2025 really shows that this legendary GPU still packs a punch—even after 9 years! While it's not flawless, with the right tweaks (like lowering textures, disabling heavy post-processing, or using FSR/Resolution Scaling), it can still deliver a playable experience in many modern games without completely choking on VRAM.
However, not all titles are friendly to this card. Games like Alan Wake 2 and The Last of Us Part 1 are simply too demanding, running at around 12–30 FPS with heavy stutters and frame time spikes due to VRAM limitations and overall GPU horsepower.
Surprisingly, though, it still handles 1440p in some well-optimized games like GTA IV (Very High), World War Z (High), and Call of Duty WWII (High)—not bad at all for a mid-range card from 2016!
In short, if you're a casual gamer who doesn't mind tweaking settings and just wants to enjoy games without chasing ultra graphics, the GTX 1050 Ti is still worth it in 2025. But if you’re after smoother gameplay and better visuals, a GTX 1070 Ti is a great budget-friendly upgrade, offering way more power for not much more money.
