Monday 1st January running the Poolsbrook parkrun.
207th parkrun and 6th at Poolsbrook
A cool, but breezy morning with the sun still low in the sky, made for a nice start to the year, though there were a few puddles and muddy patches due to the overnight rain to negotiate.
Set off okay and then got settled into a pace a little slower than I wanted, but then struggled to push it back up again
Official finishing time of 20:34
13th placed finisher out of 235 and 6th in the 40-44 age group
My PB remains at Clumber Park parkrun 19:28 ( • Clumber Park, parkrun 21/09/19 2nd finishe... )
This is currently my fastest time this year (also the only parkrun of the year!)
