After exploring the mine, I’ll stop at Aguereberry Camp, where Pete Aguereberry lived alone for decades, continuing to mine long after the town of Harrisburg had faded away.
Harrisburg was a tent camp with up to 300 residents at its peak, and the only permanent structures are the buildings in Aguereberry's camp.
