Elena Goryunova, Senior Vice President Talent Acquisition and Management at Luxoft, a DXC Technology Company. Elena has more than 25 years of management experience, and since 2000 she leads all aspects of human resources and employee engagement within Luxoft (~17 000 professionals in 21 countries by Nov, 2021). Her scope includes recruitment, talent management, and retention, development and training, compensation and benefits, employer branding, internal communications along with global inclusion and diversity.
Elena has a management degree from the Stanford University School of Business.
