(21 Nov 2019) Teala Davies, who says she was sexually assaulted by Jeffrey Epstein, beginning when she was 17, is suing his estate for battery, assault and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
Teala Davies, now 34, is represented by Gloria Allred, who represents other alleged Epstein victims. Allred says they filed the suit on Thursday in New York.
When Epstein killed himself in August while in jail, he was facing charges of trafficking in underage girls who provided sexual favors to the powerful men visiting his luxury properties in the Caribbean, and elsewhere.
