POCSO Case: CM Vijay To Go All Out Against Veeramani, TN Govt Appoints 3 Special Public Prosecutors

Описание: The Tamil Nadu government has appointed three special public prosecutors to ensure a watertight legal case against Gem Granites founder Veeramani, who faces multiple POCSO cases including abetment of suicide of a minor girl. The decision comes ahead of the charge sheet being tabled. Allegations indicate that the influential octogenarian mining baron exploited minor girls from economically weaker backgrounds over several years. Questions have also emerged regarding political connections and past inaction by earlier administrations despite visual evidence.
