Dieses Video habe ich nach einer Korrektur (es war ein Fehler in den Rezeptangaben) nochmal hochgeladen.
Bei meinen Versuchen mit der selbstgemachten Gelatineplatte mit Isopropylalkohol hatte ich beim Drucken immer meine Schwierigkeiten... Schon beim ersten Farbauftrag war die Farbe getrocknet, bevor ich sie abdrucken konnte. So habe ich einfach den Alkohol weggelassen - und, siehe da, das Problem war behoben. So ist es noch einfacher, die Platte herzustellen, es werden dabei keine gesundheitsschädlichen Dämpfe frei und die Rezeptur ist simpel! Die Platte sollte kühl (am besten im Kühlschrank) gelagert werden. Dann hält sie auch einige Wochen bis Monate. Wenn sie ein paar Macken bekommt: Kein Problem! Man schneidet sie in Stücke und erwärmt sie langsam in der Mikrowelle oder auf einer Warmhalteplatte. Anschließend gießt man sie wieder in die Form. Hier nochmal das Rezept:
80 g gemahlene Pulvergelatine
125 ml Glycerin
375 ml Wasser

In my attempts with the homemade gelatin plate with isopropyl alcohol, I always had my difficulties when printing.... Even with the first application of ink, the ink was dry before I could print it. So I simply omitted the alcohol - and, lo and behold, the problem was solved. This makes it even easier to make the plate, no harmful fumes are released in the process, and the recipe is simple! The plate should be stored in a cool place (preferably in the refrigerator). Then it will keep for several weeks to months. If it gets a few quirks: no problem! Cut it into pieces and heat it slowly in the microwave or on a hot plate. Then you pour it back into the mold. Here's the recipe again:
