Tabbouleh Salad
Ingredients:
½ Cup Fine Bulgur
1 Cup hot water
4-5 Cups of parsley (large stalks removed)
2 Cups of fresh mint leaves (chopped)
1 Medium red onion (finely diced)
2 Large cucumbers (finely diced)
½ Cup cherry tomatoes (finely diced)
Juice of a large lemon
6 Tbsp Olive oil
Salt to taste
Preparation:
Place the bulgur in a bowl and add 1 cup of boiling water. Cover the bowl with cling film and let it rest for 15 minutes until it becomes soft and fluffy.
In a large bowl, combine the softened bulgur, chopped mint and parsley, diced onions, cucumbers, tomatoes, lemon juice, salt, and olive oil. Mix thoroughly.
Transfer the mixture to a serving dish.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves and enjoy!

Ensalada Tabbouleh
Ingredientes:
½ taza de Bulgur Fino
1 taza de agua caliente
4-5 tazas de perejil (sin tallos grandes)
2 tazas de hojas frescas de menta (picadas)
1 cebolla roja mediana (finamente picada)
2 pepinos grandes (finamente picados)
½ taza de tomates cherry (finamente picados)
Jugo de un limón grande
6 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
Sal al gusto
Preparación:
Coloca el bulgur en un tazón y agrega 1 taza de agua hirviendo. Cubre el tazón con film transparente y deja reposar durante 15 minutos hasta que esté suave y esponjoso.
En un tazón grande, combina el bulgur ablandado, la menta y el perejil picados, la cebolla picada, los pepinos, los tomates, el jugo de limón, la sal y el aceite de oliva. Mezcla bien.
Transfiere la mezcla a un plato para servir.
Decora con hojas frescas de menta y ¡disfruta!
