Dark Panda buff / nerf?
in my opinion is really than nerf than a buff by sacrificing AOE 500%dmg in exchange for vampire effect
the passive is only be activated by all the limitations, the damage buff is the same as before, the dmg reduction is pretty much nothing because who can dmg output greater than you still can one shot kills you, for those who does no dmg means no harm to MiYing....so the reduction is debatable
The life leech effects in only occur in "your round" your counter attack doesnt work with the life leech, which MiYing can simply runed with vampire and have even better effectiveness than now
Like any other dmg dealers, MiYing is deadly but paper thin
Also the change in mo long and tian lang is RIP, 2nd skills strip chances is pretty obviously sad
