Basecoat:
2 parts floetrol
1 part artist loft flow white
1 part satin enamel
.25 part GAC 800
Water to thin

Puddle Paint mixture:
1 part paint (less with golden fluids)
.5 part floetrol
Squirt of liquatex pm
Water to thin, similar consistency to base

Cloud over mix:
1 part floetrol
1 part satin house paint
Touch of satin enamels
Acrylic paint color if tinted
Water to thin

Color correction, it was not Prussian blue, it was Phthalo turquoise.👍
