Описание: My friends and I first explored the 'Ridges Lunatic Asylum' in Athens, Ohio as Freshmen students at Ohio University in the fall of 1996. We didn't learn about the creepy details of its history until later when I returned again to make a documentary in 2000, a year before I graduated from OU. There are many haunted stories about these buildings where one deaf and mute woman actually died in the early 20th century and her body wasn't found until later when it left a permanent imprint on the floor after the buildings were sealed up. Fox news even did a special about it being the 13th most haunted place on Earth because the most amount of lobotomies were performed there at one time. It was closed and turned into a public park by the time I attended Ohio University and many students don't know what they are getting into when they first encounter the eerie vibes of the place.
