A traditional US comedy programme, it had the benefit of two talented lead actresses in the form of Kelly Ripa and Faith Ford and some off the wall writing for the live-in-sister who never quite got her act together. It was always possible to make insinuations about the relationship of the three, such as the husband finding the sister in law in his shower, at his gym, etc. But it was always carried off in the innocent comfort zone of safe and secure relationships.
