✔️ Frontend: compact and ready-to-install mechatronic sub-systems such as wafer lifts for transfer and polishing processes as well as clean-room-certified linear axes and profiled rail systems with integrated measuring systems for wafer handling and wafer positioning in etch, deposition, CMP, and cleaning processes

✔️ Backend: dynamic linear and drive technology as well as integrated and high precision motion control for inspection, chip testing, and metrology applications

✔️ Electronics manufacturing: small, compact linear motion technology components and ready-to-install handling systems including integrated drive and control technology of the ctrlX automation platform e.g. for screen printing, assembly, and pick & place applications
