Ingredients:
FOR STEAMING BEEF & BEEF TRIPE
200ml of water
500g of salted beef
500g of beef tripe
1 big onion
FOR COOKING OKRO & GARDEN EGGS
1kg of chopped okro
6 chopped garden eggs
500ml of water
FOR MAKING OKRO STEW
400ml red palm oil
fried beef &beef tripe
1 big chopped onion
1 chili pepper
3 chopped tomatoes
5 dried small herrings
1 big tuna
some salt or pepper for taste
FOR SERVING
Banku/fufu
