3 Days Boat Camping North Stradbroke Island Chasing Mud Crabs & Sharks

In this week’s episode, I take on my biggest adventure yet a 3-day boat camping expedition along the wild west coast of North Stradbroke Island. My mate Polly (chef and avid fisherman) joins me as we explore remote shoreline, set up camp, and live completely off the ocean.

We hunt for mud crabs, catch fish, and even land a shark that becomes dinner over the campfire. Using a net and light we search the shallows at night to gather our own bait, forage for food, and cook everything fresh straight from the sea. Two nights under the stars, endless coastline to explore, and pure island freedom.
