Ingredients

2 tbsp chopped onion
2 tbsp chopped Capsicum
2 tbsp chopped Tomato
2 tbsp chopped spring onion
Grated Cheese
3 eggs
1/4 tps Red chilli powder
1/2 tsp Chilli Flakes
1/4 tps oregano
2 tbsp flour or corn flour
1 chicken sausage ( homemade)
Butter, red chilli powder
Tomato sauce
salt, black pepper
cook it on the pan / tawa until Golden Brown and cheese melts
(Bake for approximately 15 minutes at l80°C.)
