I ave developed permanent screen burn-in (image retention).
Specifically, the "4x speed" button, "Auto-battle" button, and hero frames from AFK Arena are now permanently visible as shadows on my phone’s display, regardless of what app I using.
Initial Complaint :
(Jan 26): I contacted support showing the UI elements and stating my display was ruined.
The "Software Fix" Phase:
Support recommended the "Fix Game" setting and requested account verification.
i followed these steps, but the issue persisted because software cannot fix hardware damage.
The "Proof" Phase:
Support claimed they couldn't see the issue in I screenshots. I eventually had to use a second device to take a photo of the physical screen to prove the "shadows" existed.
