Ecosol Turfcare is proud to present video 2 of 3 tracking our progress through 2020 renovation work at Bath Rugby's Recreation Ground Stadium; today showing the installation of the secondary drainage system (Video number 1 shows the installation of the primary drainage system).
A Shelton SuperTrencher was used to cut 50mm wide slit trenches which were later backfilled with 2-6mm gravel. This was followed by a high infiltration rate 80:20 rootzone. This was then consolidated with a press wheel to ensure minimal settlement.
We are very pleased with the work completed here at The Rec and look forward to showing you our further progress. If you would like to track our progress, be sure to look out for future videos!
